This page explains the return, refund, and exchange policies for Lift Heavy Die Fit. If you purchased an item and need to send it back, request a refund, or exchange a defective product, the details below cover eligibility, timelines, and shipping instructions.
What Is the Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds and exchanges are no longer available.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Do not send returns to the manufacturer. All returns must be mailed to the address listed in the shipping section below.
When Are Only Partial Refunds Granted?
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Can Sale Items Be Refunded?
No. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
How Do Refunds Work?
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt. A second notification will inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed automatically and credited to the original payment method within several business days.
What Should I Do If My Refund Is Late or Missing?
- Check your bank account again to confirm the refund has not posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- Contact your bank, since there is often a delay before a refund appears.

How Do Exchanges Work?
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. To exchange for the same item, send an email to support@liftheavydiefit.com and mail the item to the return address listed below.
What If the Item Was a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
