LHDF Product Info

This page provides care instructions and product details for Lift Heavy Die Fit (LHDF) apparel, including t shirts, hoodies, and tri blend garments. Following these guidelines will keep your artwork vibrant and extend the life of your gear.

What Fabrics Does Lift Heavy Die Fit Use?

Most LHDF t shirts are made from 100% cotton. Hoodies use a 50/50 cotton and polyester blend. Select shirts are available in a tri blend fabric. All garments are designed, printed, and shipped in the USA.

While 50/50 and tri blend fabrics hold up slightly better in the wash than pure cotton, all printed apparel requires careful laundering to preserve the artwork.

How Should You Wash Lift Heavy Die Fit Apparel?

  • Machine wash on cold. Cold water protects both the fabric and the printed design.
  • Tumble dry on low. Hang drying is the preferred method for maximum longevity.
  • Do not use bleach. Bleach will damage the artwork and weaken the fabric.
  • Do not iron over the print. Direct heat from an iron can crack or peel the design.

What Happens If You Skip These Care Steps?

Improper washing or drying can cause fading, shrinking, and rapid degradation of the printed artwork. High heat and harsh chemicals are the most common causes of premature wear.

How Do You Keep Your Shirt Looking Its Best?

Remove the garment from the dryer as soon as the cycle ends and hang it up immediately. This prevents wrinkles and helps the shirt hold its shape. For the longest lasting results, turn the shirt inside out before washing to reduce friction on the printed surface.
